On the event day, they arrived on time, set up efficiently, and created a beautiful presentation that impressed all my guests. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was bursting with flavour and made from the freshest locally sourced ingredients. We received numerous compliments on the tacos, the guacamole, the salsa bar and the hand-crafted cocktails. The special churro desserts added a wonderful touch! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Food: The menu options were diverse and delicious! We chose Mexican Caesar Salad, Scallop Ceviche, Tuna Bombs, Mexican Street Corn and Tacos – yum! Every single item was a hit with my guests. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the chefs cooked everything to perfection. Kim and the team paid special attention to guests with allergies and dietary aversions, and I was so grateful. Presentation: Everything was beautifully presented, adding to the festive atmosphere of the party. The decorations and serving style really impressed everyone. Kim and the whole team made my birthday celebration truly special. And the birthday cake was out of this world: a six-layered rainbow cake with black fondant, decorated colourfully with skulls, flowers and roses – exquisite!
